I crashed this girls car into a wall and then left it on the train tracks! Help!?

Hey my name is Courtney and I am 15.

So this girl I hate named Jane is 16 and she is getting her G1, but she lives close to school and her parents are usually asleep becuase they work nightshift so she drives their car to school!

Well yesterday, me and my friends were going to ditch the last few classes and then go to the movies.

They already went but we got held up because our teacher saw us so we HAD TO GO TO CLASS! (it was just me and Ashley, EVERYONE ELSE WAS ON THE BUS ON THEIR WAY THERE!)

So we slipped out of class and we realized the next bus isnt coming for 20 mins! Jenny kept phoning us and saying the movie starts in like 15 mins… and they already bought us tickets. And the theatre was pretty far.

We didnt have money for a taxi so we went back in and saw Jane in the cafeteria. She parks her car at the side of the school were they have no cameras.

We knew we only had one shot at tis so Ashley went in and started a fight with Jane, and aggrovated Jane so Jane tried to slap her.

Then I went in Janes purse and grabbed her Keys.

I quickly punched Jane in the face and we walked out.

We slipped into the back parking lot and got in her car. I was driving.

I never really drove before but it was ok.

Then my high heel got stuck in it when we were on a road, we took the longer way through this old dirty road no one uses so there woiuld be no other cars. We were almost there and right before we were going over the train tracks, my heel got stuck in the car and I crashed into the post of the train tracks. The car was DONE. Luckilly the airbags came out and we didnt get a single piece of dust on us.

I went on my phone GPS and the theatre was like a 3 minute walk from here.

So we parked the car in the middle of the train tracks and ran to the threate, and after went clubbing.

I heard Jane was beaten by her father for doing this, then arrested for causing a train wreck! THEY TINK SHE PARKED IT EHRE! And the car exploded so there is no evidence, but they found HER CELLPHONE AND MAKEUP WITH HER DNA AT THE SCENE! (she had left that in the car)!

Help!

Will we get caught?

No one saw us..

Wondering if there is a gps tracking system on my car?

…or if my parents can track me by the gps already installed in my car?….how could i tell if there is a tracking system installed?

What can I do about my over-protective parents?

So, I am a 17 year-old boy, among three other siblings, in the middle. Now, as I just got my license last march 2009, I’ve been driving around quite a bit to work and school, etc. I am lucky enough to have been gifted with a car from my parents though I do pay for the insurance (and it is steep…). About 4 months ago, I asked a girl out who I really like and everything has been going great for us except for one thing. My parents. Right when I received my full-license (to drive past 9pm) my parents gave me a curfew to follow. 10:30pm on week nights, and midnight on weekends (summer-time hours). Now that school has started back up, my new curfew is 9pm on week night and 12:30 on weekends. I am a good kid. For instance, I haven’t gotten a speeding ticket even, never gotten in trouble with the police, the worst thing I’ve done at school is being late for class, and I have rarely drank or smoked in my life (unlike many of my peers). So i give my parents a lot of credit for doing a good job raising me in a good way. However, a catch to the curfew is that (of course i argued against it, as many curfews my friends have are enforced because they did something wrong) they gave me the final week of summer without a curfew to see how i would fare on my own. I was ecstatic that they were willing to give me a little elbow room and thought maybe this would be my big break. Well, the latest i got in that week was 12:30 and I never did anything bad. So I’m upset particularly tonight because my parents wouldn’t even let me go out till 1 to be with my girlfriend, her parents home, to watch a movie that I’ll have to watch for a history through film class anyways. When i asked why not, they couldn’t come up with a reason. "Just because." After this conversation, i went and calmed down for about 20 minutes when i decided to make the best of the time they were allowing me…until i found out my car was locked and the keys M.I.A. When i asked them why they had done this, they responded, "we don’t think you’re being very trustworthy right now for questioning our decisions." The other thing i feel might be over-the-top of them to do is take my phone while i was asleep and install a gps tracking application so they can find my whereabouts at the click of a button.

So my question is, are my parents being over-protective? And if so, is there anything i can do to get a little freedom before college?

What should I do about a gps tracker in my car?

My parents put a gps tracker in my car. I am in high school and they dont want me to leave campus and are watching my every move. I have no clue where the device is or what it looks like.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me where I would find the device and what i should do once/if i find it.
