How to I get around a key logger program that's been installed on my computer ?

This program tracks every key stroke, every sent and received e-mail, and every web site I’ve visited. Is there any way around this without having the person that installed it find out ?
I’m on a different computerright now.

Key Stroke Tracking program?

We have a 12 yr old granddaughter staying with us. We have set up a user account on our Internet account as a child’s account and strict parental controls. Wife even set up one of the games on Face Book (Sorority Life) for her to play on her account there. The problem is this child has circumvented our attempts by creating her own yahoo account! So my question now is…is there a freeware key stroke tracking program so I can find out what this "wonderful child" is up to and have the proof to back me up? The program needs to be free (or free trial for as long as I’ll need it) since funds are very tight. I’ve had a stroke and am not working and wife was dx with cancer, so the costs and bills there are mounting also.

I lost a HUGE story I wrote, is there any way I can retrieve it, tracking key strokes maybe? ughh help.?

I messaged myself part of a story i wrote through Myspace, when I finished writing it, I replyed to myself, thought nothing of it. until today, when i went to retrieve the story and enter it into a website. but it wasnt there! it didnt let me reply to myself and I lost thousands of words, that i loved, and will never be able to make such a perfect recreation ever again. im heartbroken. i dont have any key stroke software on my computer atm. but maybe there is still hope? if anyone knows please please help.
