Can my boss put a tracking device on my company car that i am taxed on for using in my own time?
i have a company car which i am tax for the pleasure of using it in my own time and i pay for my own petrol. Can my boss install a tracking device? – i feel that this an intrustion on my privacy.

The car belongs to the company. This practice is a lot more common than you would believe. It can also lower insurance premiums. It is a good tool to monitor staff activity, and totally legal with no privacy issues in law. But I understand how you feel………
